Sunday 3rd January 2010. Three days into the challenge and I spoke to a few people today at church about my challenge. One thought that there's no need to quit totally, he's not a big football fan and the other thought that I only put it as my status on Facebook so that I could get a reaction! I had to ask why? and answer that why should I suffer myself to not watch football;so that I could get a few comments on my Facebook status!!! I said it's for real. I asked the one who is not a big football fan that what does he do as a past time and he said, surf the net, Playstation and he used to play Tennis but not so much so now! No inspiring past times there for me!
To tell you how big a fan I was; my father in law greeted me this afternoon like someone had died 'Sorry O, your team got beat today'. So yes I know that Man U got beaten in the FA Cup today, plus I had the pleasure of being mocked on Facebook about it as well. I can honestly say that I'm not actually affected by the result! So Keegan, keep posting comments on my wall!!!
This challenge is tough, but time rewarding!!!
